Kalbarri

Date: March 11 , 2006

The last two days we were in a town called Kalbarri. It's a touristy town at the mouth of the Murchison River. We stayed in a great backpackers that had a swimming pool, and we took advantage of it! The weather cooled off a bit and was in the mid 30's (low 90's fahrenheit)

We spent one morning riding bikes along the beaches and went for a swim to cool down. The scenery was pretty impressive so I took a few photos along the way.

Other than that, the best thing we found was a great seafood restaurant called Finlay's Fresh Fish BBQ, where they give you a great deal if you're riding the Easyrider bus. If you ever find yourself in this little Western Australia town, be sure and have a meal here!

Tomorrow we jump back on the bus for Denham and Monkey Mia where they hand feed dolphins along the beach! We also get to visit some of the National Parks along the way. It's a busy day and we're looking forward to it!

Check back later for an update
